Today Jon and I got married 5 years ago. Sometimes I can't believe its only been 5 years and then there are times that 5 years doesn't seem like long enough :) If you know me and Jon very well you know that we have had a really rough 2011. And honestly I didn't think Jon and I were going to make it to this anniversary. But I can say without any reservations that I am the happiest with him I have been in a long time. I think the trials that we have gone through lately have helped us to be a better, stronger couple. I am so thankful to have him as my life companion. Here is to 10 times as many years. I love you so much Jon!
Jon and I were engaged on Halloween 2005. And I got pregnant in January 2006. I really didn't want to get married fat and pregnant. Little did I know I wouldn't show until 6-7 months and that we would get married when I was 9 months pregnant. So I was putting off getting married. Then we didn't want to have a baby and not be married. So on September 15, 2006 we got married in the Farmington Courthouse. Then on September 15, 2007 we did what I like to call our real wedding. These are when these pictures were taken.
