I admit I have been an uberslack when it comes to blogging. I mean really Christmas in the end of March. Come on lady. But better late then not at all. This year Christmas was super laid back. On Christmas Eve my mom and her friend Erin came over and we ate pork spagetti, shrimp, veggies, cookies and much much more. We all played games and watched Christmas movies. Later in the evening Jon and I gave the boys their presents from us and my mom gave them their Christmas jammies.

Here is Cason opening his cell phone from us. He loved it. (don't you love the hunch position and the drool?)
Weston has been loving all things pirate so at Hobby Lobby when I found this treasure chest I had to get it. I filled with coins and jewels.

Getting ready to open their jammies.

The boys in their cute jammies with their new toys. Weston even had to sleep with his chest.

Is this not the cutest picture of Cason?

The note to Santa and cookies, yum!

Stocking and the loot from Santa.

I wasn't the greatest at taking pictures this year. The boys and I were super excited to see what Santa had brought. Weston ran to the stairs and then ran back into our room yelling, "he came, he came, Santa came!" It is so fun being a mommy!!!!!!

The boys opening their first gifts. Their expressions are killing me ha.

Cason had been totally pinning for a scooter since Halloween when a boy in my class taught him how to ride his. So the last present he openned was the scooter. He is amazing at it.

All Weston asked for was a Utah Utes outfit (smart boy) here he is all decked out. He wouldn't let me turn his jersey around he wanted to see the number.

Weston couldn't wait to play with his race track. I loved the jersey he wore it all day and for several days afterward.

Don't you just love the cars care lined up to watch the race?
After presents, Jon made us a delicious breakfast casserole. Then we all got dressed and went to my school because it was such a warm day and snowless we went and drove his truck around in the dirt piles by my school. We then came home and Jon's dad came over we exchanged presents. Ate some more and more and more. It didn't feel like Christmas in a lot of ways. I miss my big family get togethers that is for sure. But it was still a really nice day. I sure love my family aand celebrating the holidays with them.
