First of all I would like to thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers, and concerns for me and my family while I was on bed rest. When I went to the doctor on Tuesday he said I was the same 80% effaced and 1 cm dilated. If I can make it until Monday without going into labor he said I could go back to work. I will be 35 weeks Saturday and if I go into labor it won't be the big deal it was two weeks ago. So I can go back to my regular schedule and when Cason comes he comes. I hope he can at least wait2 more weeks to 37 weeks because he will be considered term. I can admit though I am ready to be done being pregnant. My body hurts all the time and my sciatic nerve is killing me. I missed being pregnant after I had Weston. I won't miss it at all this time. LOL!

Valentine's Day
This is my handsome little cupid!
This Valentine's was very special. I was spoiled by not one but two guys. My wonderful husband and my beautiful son. To celebrate Jon and I decided to go to dinner on Friday night when it would be less crowded. Jon bought me a beautiful bouquet of my favorite flowers lilies and a variety of other flowers. Then the three of us went to dinner at Boston's our favorite resturant in Layton. I got a beautiful card with a wonderful sentiment written by Jon and Weston and then some chocolates. I am a very lucky woman to have two such wonderful men in my life. I love them both so much.
Weston loved to smell my flowers over and over again. When handed them to me he said, "I love flowers."

Bed rest

Yesterday I went to see my OB/GYN for my bimonthly check up. He asked if I had any questions, the ones I was planning for a few days to ask were how big do you think the baby is going to be, how often do you use forceps and the vacuum. But on Sunday I had been having a lot of contractions and pretty regular. I usually have about 4-5 contractions a day but I was having a lot more on Sunday. So instead of asking my previous questions I told him about the contractions. He decided he had better check me out to make sure I had been progressing. Well it turns out I am 80% effaced and 1 cm dilated which isn't good since I am 7 weeks away from my due date. So he told me he wanted me on bedrest for the next two weeks to help stop the contractions, he also gave me a steroid shot to help Cason's lungs develop quicker, I have to go in for a second shot tomorrow. I am not looking forward to that shot it really hurt. And not just when they did the shot but the whole rest of the night. So I am typing this message from home in bed. I wish the bed above was mine but it is courtesy of potterybarn.com He said I could go back to work after the two weeks because they wouldn't stop him from coming early then. I really hope the bedrest helps and he still doesn't come for more weeks later. I want him as close to his due date. But I guess he might be having his own ideas about when he wants to come. So last night after a tearful phone call to my Jon and my mom. I had to head back to the school and plan for a sub. Now today I need to figure out the next two weeks. Man did I pick a time to have this happen. I have the class Valentine's party Friday, a field trip on Tuesday, and Jon needs help getting the basement done. Not to mention the baby's room is still the computer room. Oh the stresses of being pregnant. Just keep us in your thoughts and hope Cason stays put for a few more weeks.
This is what happens when you take a shower
On Saturday I went to take a shower and Weston was happily watching sesame street on youtube. When I came out of the shower to check on Weston this is what I found. He had gotten into my scrapbooking supplies were I had hid the permanent markers. Well Weston found them and proceeded to draw on his face, my scrapbooking desk, the page I was working on and the chair. HE was just dead lucky it wasn't our nice computer table.

Elmo, crafts, and 32 weeks....
Lastly here I am at 32 weeks. I am getting extremly huge. I am excited we are finally going to paint our basement this weekend and lay the tile down. Then in two weeks the carpet is going to be laid. This is all going to lead up to us finally getting to decorate the baby's room. So next weekend why Jon is out of town I am going to paint the baby's room. Now I just have to get my mom working on sewing the baby bedding.
