24th of July

My mom and I decided it would be fun to save on gas and money and take the frontrunner to Bountiful to enjoy the festivites on the 23rd. My great aunt michelle and her daughter Danielle picked us up and we went to the park. Weston got to ride on the ponies not that he really liked that idea but it was cute. Then my mom wanted to get a characture of Weston which turned out awesome. I will take a picture later and post it. Then we of course enjoyed lots of food. Weston and I particularly loved the cotton candy. Jon went and took chairs over to main street at a quarter to 7 and he was still too late. We got hot seats in the sun. Oh well. We enjoyed watching the parade with our friends Chris and Val.

On the 24th we had a BBQ with our friends Chris and Val and then we had a hugh firework show. Weston loved the fireworks. Thank you Chris and Val for spending $100 on fireworks it was awesome.

Newest Additions

I bought this new kitchen table last week, my cousin Lindsey helped me find it on KSL.com I just love it. It is exactly what I have been looking for.

I made this flower arrangement before I got the new table but it looks great on the new table. This is my first attempt at a flower arrangement not too bad.

I found this super cute chest at Tai Pan. They were clearancing it out for $32 dollars normally $200. I just had to buy it. I think it looks nice at the end of the hall that space needed something. Let me know what you think about the new additions.

Fun in the sun

This weekend my cousin who is like a little sister came to visit. We went to the Roy acquatic center for some fun in the sun and a little cool off. It was a lot of fun. They had two great slides for any age. A fun area just for little kids, and a lap pool. We really had a blast. The craziest thing was having to get out of the pool every 2 hours to check for human fecal matter. Man have the times changed. But pools are getting extra strict. Weston had to wear a swim diaper and plastic pants over them. Enjoy the pictures.

Weston's scary day

We had a scary day yesterday. Weston was almost admitted into the hospital. Weston slept until 10 Sunday morning and when we went into get him there was throw up all in his bed. He seemed happy though so we went to breakfast with our friends and bowling. Well he threw up while bowling but was in a good mood and no fever. Then he took about a 3 hour nap and when he woke up he ate a scone. Then he threw that up and didn't keep any liquids down. Well he went to sleep at his regular bedtime. Monday he woke up at 10 again which is totally unusual. He had some water and some toast and instantly that came up again. I called my doctor and she said he probably is dehydrated and to take him to Wee Care because they would probably need to give him an iv. So I set up the appointment and the doctor checks him out and tells us to go to the hospital to check his levels and if they are low he will have to be admitted into the hospital. Luckily 90 minutes later the doctor said his levels are normal and just keep giving him liquids. He was much better and has kept everything down today and most of yesterday. It was so scary to think my baby was going to be in the hospital possibly.

Valerie's Birthday

Our friend Val's birthday was on Sunday so we had a BBQ at East Canyon. It was so much fun. We played in the water, went boating, and ATE! Happy Birthday Val.

4th of July

For the 4th of July weekend we went to Yuba Lake with our friends Katie, Corey, Chris and Val. It was a lot of fun. The first night there we met a girl from Sweden who was here on vacation. Then we had so much fun boating, wakeboarding, tubing and just plain swimming in the water. Weston really had a blast. The only bad news was Saturday afternoon the wind kicked up and was very stormy. That kind of ruined our last day there. But all in all we had an awesome time.

Swimming

On June 27th my grandparents flew in from Houston Texas. We got to see them on Friday the 30th. Jon and I took them to dinner for Father's Day and Mother's Day and their birthdays. Then the next morning Weston, my mom and I went swimming with them at their hotel. We spent the whole day together. Then on Monday my mom, Weston and I went to Heber City where they were staying with my aunt. That night while we were waiting for my Aunt Joyce and cousin Savannah to fly in from Texas we went to an outdoor concert and say Peter Brienholt. Weston hadfun dancing to the music and playing with his truck. We all stayed with my aunt in Heber City. Then the next day was my cousin Sean's birthday party with his friends. Weston thought it would be fun to wear Sean's present to us. It was so big on him. The shirt literally went to his ankles. We had a fun time visiting with them. I sure wish the could have stayed longer and that we could have had more of a chance to visit with them. Thanks for coming Grandma and Grandpa.
