Strawberry

We went to Strawberry Resevoir last weekend. We had a good time. My kids were permantely dirty and I swear I swept out the tent trailer 100 times it was still fun. We roasted marshmellows, swam in the lake, caught dozens of craydids. And just enjoyed each other. We are planning another trip next month.

My waterbug baby was actually not that into the lake he also took a 4 hour nap lol.

Playing with Sadie and Koda they came up for the day Saturday. Our dog Bella was pooped she swam all day.

Jon is gonna bow hunt this winter so him and his friend were shooting at a target and he shot an arrow through another arrow.

Aquarium and second playdate

For our second playdate and my first playdate for me we met up with my college friends Melanie, Jodi and her son Marshall at the Aquarium. It was my first time. It was smaller then I thought it would bigger but it was still fun. We all loved the penguins and petting the stingrays was my favorite. Weston really liked the sharks. Cason couldn't be bothered to sit still to look at anything he just wanted to run around.

Have you ever seen two cuter brothers? I think not :)

Weston loved the sharks so much he got a mama shark and cason got a baby one the Weston took over. He played with his sharks making them swim and do whatever he was doing for two days. He was devastated when he lost the baby one at Walmart. He said to me, "I am sad now and will be until we find my baby shark!" Weston kept asking if anyone called and turned it in too sad :(

Afterwards we went to IKEA. Weston was pooped from all the adventures as you can see.

16 months and silliness

On the 12th of July Cason turned 16 months old. He is so funny he loves to go to his room and take everything out of the drawes and then try to put the clothes on. This was the other day he kept putting on Weston's underwear on his head and then on this day he was putting his pj's on his head. Notice the camera he loves to walk around with either a camera or some sort of cord. Also some picture of ole man Cason, he looks like an old man to me in his glasses.

On July 5th Layton City had their parade which we went to. Not as much treats as the Clearfield one but Weston still got to see firetrucks. Then we went to the park and Weston and Cason got to ride on the train. Weston aka train boy loved it but didn't want to go a second time (who knows about this boy lol) Here are the pictures.

4th of July

We started our 4th of July weekend by going to the Clearfield Parade. The boys had so much fun. Well Weston did and Cason loved the cheerios I packed for him lol. Weston loved the firetrucks and keeps asking for more and he LOVED collecting all the candy.

Funny story we didn't get up in time for breakfast and Jon was just complaining about being hungry. Then the famous daves truck came by. Before they came up Jon was like I wish they would throw ribs. Well.....a girl came up and gave him a plate of ribs. No joke. This is my very happy husband now.

After the parade we filled up the kiddie pool and let the kids have fun. Weston loved it and Cason was done once he had splashed his brother a bit.

Then we went and watched the Clearfield fireworks and then came home and did our own fireworks. It was a great night and Weston forever loves sparklers.

Sean's birthday party at boondocks

My cousin Sean had his 10th birthday at boondocks so we got to go and enjoy some rides and games, and a delicious dinner. Thank you Auntie Kim. We met up for dinner and cake and conversation. Then the kids got to play some games. Weston and Cason loved the merry-go-round the most they did that forever. Then we got to play bowling. The adults played on one side and the kids played in two other lanes. Sean and his friends were SUPER sweet to Weston. They cheered him on and Sean helped him bowl. Weston did AWESOME he got 95 points. Future bowler here folks. Then my mom put the boys on the merry-go-round again so Jon and I could play a game of laser tag. It was just Jon and I and I killed him!!!!! Jon blames it on it being his first time playing but me I know its just because I got skills :)
